Wow. The Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show on January 10 was excellent! This was our first show, so we were perhaps a bit skeptical, but we had a really good time. Tina & Courtney from PWG were fantastic and super-accommodating, so so special props to them! We met some really awesome brides, and had a lot of quote requests submitted -- more than we were expecting! That said, if you submitted a quote request and you haven't received your quote yet, we haven't forgotten about you! We sorted them in order of who's getting married soonest, and we're plugging along getting the quotes prepared, so you should have yours soon!
We met some truly creative brides, and we're really excited about the prospect of working with them! Our PWG Doorprize winners were a newly-engaged couple who were very excited to win a free engagement session! We held our own drawing for a $500 Wedding Photography Package -- thanks to everyone who entered! Our winner, Jenny, told us she'd never won anything before - -she was so excited she had her mom take a pic of her with us so she could text it to her fiance! All in all, it was a very long day, but so worth it!

Planning a wedding? Want to see our work in person? Curious what we really look like? Stop by the Hyatt Regency Tampa on Sunday, January 10 from 12-4. We'll be there, and we think you should be too! Tickets are $10 per person, but you can register early for 1/2 price tickets at We also have 1/2 price tickets, that when used together with your pre-registration discout make the show free (brides only)! Drop us an email if you'd like us to send you one! Hope to see you there! Wow. It's been a while since we posted, but that's not because we don't love you! Before we knew it the holidays were upon us, and, perhaps you can relate, suddenly it was 2010 and we're all having trouble writing checks again! Since last we blogged we've been busy busy busy, and we'll have some photos of recent weddings & engagement sessions to share soon. This past weekend was especially crazy -- we heading to the snowy north on New Year's Eve for my cousin's wedding, flew back home New Year's Day after a quick plane de-icing, and then shot a (very chilly) beach wedding on the 2nd in Pass-a-Grill! Phew! After all that we were ready for a loooong nap, but instead spent Sunday getting ready for an upcoming Bridal Show... but more on that in another post!
